Tarius, I mean landscaping not quests. It would be hard to have two plugins match up perfectly without a mod to match the borders.

Well, not unless you get both running together, make something up, and then merge it with both deleting the nessicary cells.

or you just make a little easy patch that fits all the provinces together. Eventually this patch would grow to include all of Tamriel and it would be a relatively small file to load, then someone could always merge it all together if they so chose but I imagine that would cause issues, being so large and all.

The point of just making them compatable at the beginning rather than through a patch is so that there is not yet another file that needs to be loaded.
Anyway, it would be a one time thing once the borders are done for each.
