Imperial "All Flags" Navy Insignia

First off, my apologies if this has already spread in this group. This is my first time back to the P:C forums in quite a while and I'm not up to speed whatsoever.

Swiftoak Woodwarrior has made a (in my opinion) very cool insignia for the Imperial Navy which I think could be useful for P:C. Swiftoak thought it might have already been shared with SamirA on IRC, but I thought I'd share it here just in case.

Ah, here is the banner! Yes we can use it in Anvil, that is the point. I'm not sure where to get the physical item atm, I had it on my old machine but it went bye bye.

The TR thread said it's already optimized for vanilla banner models. I'm AFK for a few days but I'll do it on my return.
