What I think Infragris means is that we're all throwing/putting out our own ideas with regards to facial tattoos, and it's turned into a cluttered, incomprehensible mess. He's got a point.

I'm inclined to give the job of hammering out the specific designs to Ald-Ma Cyrod, if he wants it. I think he's got a good sense of the Nibenese culture, and it's going to be the most coherent if one person takes lead.

I agree that our ideas have not been concrete on this idea and it needs to be discussed before being done. The good thing is that tattooed head dont require new textures, you just need to add the tattoo to existing heads to create another variety, though, of course, new heads are always nice.

This is what I meant. Sorry, bad wording. Ald-Ma Cyrod would be a good fit for the job, indeed.

That's cool with me if everyone agrees. Let me know and I'll write up a proposal for overall design and post it on my thread in the concept art forum.

I got sidetracked by trying to get some of our old heads in line with the new westly-esque ones. I was partly motivated by possibly getting another two dark gold coast heads and partly because i thought it might be easier to select new faces for the stirk-npcs if we had at least 1-2 more regular (non-nord) ones.

If you guys think I'm wasting my time, I'll stop with it. I just thought I would show you, before I move on.

I think that looks good, they look a lot better now and I do think that having more options for elderly NPCs will be a good thing.
