Pretty sure it is, no NPCs were ever added to the game world to my knowledge.

Now one needs to finish dialogue for the npcs, add the ones that are missing, give them clothing, behaviour and stuff and add them to the gameworld once scamp has worked over all cells in Stirk.

To the best of my knowledge, 2.5 is the latest version.

Without an active npcer currently, I wonder how we should go about this. I bet that we can come up with some fitting responses on our own. TDF, if you ever have any inspiration for dialogue responses, feel free to share them. Granted, that you can spare any time for them.

We may need to actively ask someone from outside of the project to look into our dialogue. Perhaps write up most of it on our own and ask someone to implement all of that and anything else, that is needed zo have npcs and creatures. I can theoretically insert npcs and dialogue aswell, but I'm not really experienced with fleshing out character and making up qualitative responses for individual npcs.
