PC_B_Imp_Nord_?[Final]

Imperial faces and haircuts for the pseudo-nordic upper class and northern Colovians. Bearded faces and nordic haircuts. No need to make very many of these. At the most 4 different faces per gender.

Feel free to base them on some openly availible faces. We should always attain permission and give credit to the original makers.

Looks good to me. Also, thankyou for looking into the black hairstyles. Variety between npcs really doesn't hurt at all.

Variety is a very good thing, we need as many combos as we can get to keep NPC's from all looking like one another.

We can always make it a unique head, we probably need some unique ones for important characters throughout.

Looking at this makes me want to add 1-2 more variants of the darker imperial heads to have them as counter parts to the nordic looking ones. I'm only rather stuck in tasks right now.

It can always wait for a later day. More head variety is good, but other things are more important right now.

I think we'll be fine, honestly. Vanilla Morrowind only had 10 female Dunmer heads and 17 males for the whole province, with the ones you and I have made plus vanilla (I'd personally vote for the earlier heads to just get removed from PC_Data outright) there will be 13 females just for Colovia and 14 males, plus the eventual Nibenese heads which will roughly double that number, plus any unique heads we decide to make. More variety isn't bad but as long as we're staying in line with vanilla Morrowind we'll be good.

I tend to agree with basically everything Jiub said. Future Colovian heads should be reserved for unique NPCs and we should certainly have several of these.

I have shifted this back to claimed, as the files you uploaded are incomplete.

PC_B_Col_F_Hair_01.nif is missing textures and uses some foreign texture paths aswell.

Whoops okay I see what happened. That hair got pulled from another hairpack, I didn't think to change any file paths that didn't get new textures. I'll do some restructuring and get a fixed version put up. In the meantime, you can get the texture from Illy's Fresh Faces II.

I apologize for keeping asking you for things, but I have tried to insert your hairs into PC_Data and couldn't find the actual textures used for your hairs in any of illuminiels mods. There were some hair textures named quite similar, but they didn't look like they belonged on the mesh. Do you still have the right ones on your disk or went they lost aswell?

I've wanted to make a smaller update for the release of Stirk now including the fixed pillars but I hoped to spice it with these hairs so it isn't such a huge upload just for a single pillar and some containers added.

This has the fix for those Illy hairs, as well as removing the dependency on Westly's mod (all hair textures have been renamed to pc_b_col_ format).

Thankyou very much. I think I'll still try to stuff that upper class shirt into the next update, so we can at least show one piece of upper class clothing in Stirk later. Then we should be good to go.

A few of the women haircuts looked a tad too modern to me, but they are all in PC_Data now regardless. I also performed some polygon-reduction on the most-geometry-heavy ones.
