I have an alternate version in the works with a belt and a kind of leather skullcap nestled in the cloth. Unfinished, I'm afraid - as said in the other hat threads, I'm making a really big cake right now. The kind of cake that takes five years to finish.

The leather version isn,t coming along. I think I'll keep this to one version, as the OP indicated. Here's a finalized version with GND file.

Are the filenames and IDs correct?
The filenames were correct but there was no plugin file provided, therefore no IDs to judge. Instead of putting GND at the end of the filename of the ground mesh, you can just put G there, in order to avoid filenamelength issues.

Polycount appropriate?
Yes, definetively. You've been very polygon-saving.

Does the size make sense?
Yes. Size looks good on the heads.

Do the values of the object make sense?
As you didn't provide this with a plugin file, I gave this headdress low weight (1.00), and value (4) to match the common clothing. AR=5

Are there icons and groundmeshes?
Ground meshes yes. But no icons.

Can the item be equipt properly? Is it assigned to the correct body parts? Do certain npc-animations not cause issues?
Yes. it only has some marginal clipping issues with khajiit- and argonian heads.

Textures and Icons
Are the filenames correct?
yes

Are the texture dimensions apropriate?
512x512. a tad large, but ok.

Does the dds-file use the right compression?
Yes.

Does the dds-file have mip maps?
yes

Visual
Are there notable holes in the mesh?
no

Are there apparent uv-stretches?
no

Does the object stylistically appear fitting in the game environment?
yes

Does the object appear sensible in the world context?
yes

Approved. Don't forget to provide icons next time.
