Well yes, I can install wooden pillars in all those spots and hide it. But why were the tile sets made like that in the first place? Weren't they pieced together and tested before officially added to the main data?

You could have made this without a single casper had you wanted to. There are pieces without struts on them entirely. You are simply piecing the wrong ones together.

Wasnt that piece just a retex from the original vanila tileset?

Yes, that and the little beams from the walls were removed, but those don't affect any caspering issues.

In that case,

no they werent, because they were a retex job.

I apoligize, but we have been undermanned in the modeling area for quite some time and little things like this, where there are simple work arounds, simply arnt going to be touched unless someone really wants to. There is far too much other stuff to do. Yea, I may seem like I myself havent done anything recently and I havent as much seeing as how I now have a real job, but I can assure you we have done a ton of modeling work.

This file should be all good to go. There are no caspers anywhere... at least that I can see. Let me know what areas need improvement or anything I should do differently to help make my next interior fit better with the world. :)

-things were floating outside the interior shell.
-northmarker was pointing in the opposite direction
-PC_In_Str_Fireplace was caspering
-PC_Misc_Col_clay_pot02 was floating
-misc_de_fishing_pole was bleeding
-pillows had to be sunk (x2)
-minor adjustments (x3)
-PC_In_Str_pillar_b1 was caspering (x2)
-PC_Chest_01_Clothing_p was floating
-PC_Crate_01_Cloths was floating
-misc_flask_02 had to be sunk! (pointed bottom)
-Light_Com_Candle_01_64 was floating
-PC_Furn_Rug_01 was floating
-sc_paper plain had to be sunk (x2)
-locked a chest with gold in it

-I don't see why the guy being a garbage collector would imply that you can use barrow containers. Removed.

Interior was definitely too dark ingame. I brightened the light settings.

You do NOT make claims dependent on PC_landmass. However, I somehow can't get EE to work anymore. Someone else needs to remove the dependency.
