For the interior you should probably use the Stirk-tileset. We'll maybe use a retex of that one for these houses later, so we'll only have to seach&replace the tiles when we are there.

On the exterior there is two overhangs I was thinking it may look better with a bay window as there is non on the bottom floor or are there two smaller windows under the overhangs there now ? as file being pritty old

I have looked at the exterior part and in my opinion an ornate bay window would look too vulnerable for the mining fort the tavern is in. I would maybe make the tavern less fancy and a bit more rustic.
