I'm going to grant this, but know that you need to be able to stay on top of both ints. If the barrow is a problem due to a lack of meshes (I think a suitable int can be made, just not an extremely complex one) then focus on this one.

that's what I had planned. I was talking with Sasquatch and he mentioned that there might be some pieces missing from the set for the barrow, so I wanted to claim this too just in case.

My first WIP upload for the Grotto.

I have the layout done, but I am still playing with the rocks a bit. I think this will give a good idea of what I'm going for though :)

Update: Added a good amount of flora, but still need to add mushrooms to the main room. Added some raw glass, and swapped out the lights.

What lights can be used under water without turning the water black? (I'm not sure if this is just an issue with me)

No glass, that is not a mineral native to Cyrodiil.

The logical decision would be iron, since there is an iron mine somewhere around. In general it would be good to to have some different gem ores around. Those countless different gems in TR-Data must come from somewhere.

Thanks for the input Worsas. I agree it would be nice to have a few different ores spread around the area.

and I'm sure TR are pulling those gems out of Oblivion itself!

Update: I replaced the raw glass with iron ore, changed the lighting (again), and added some clutter.

As for the ore lighting I'm using the ebony lights at the moment. What color light would you say the iron ore would have?

These lights should be set up in the PC_data file, so I can also use them in my iron mine. This way we don't clutter the files with to many the same but slightly different lights.

I would say that iron ore shouldnt really have any lighting, its iron, its not magic. As for lantern lighting, thats a different story.
Tarius: I have now conquered the galaxy twice and am working on a third. Once thats out of me, I will be back to work.
TDF: Which game is that(I assume its a game and not real life)
The Khan: If it was real life, we would know about it. And I dont think he means this Galaxy.
Tarius: Yes, I really lead a secret double life where I am a galactic overlord.
