Thanks SamirA, I'd like to blame the amount of time that I've spent on this claim being so long because it's in direct correlation with how much detail and personality I have put into it.

So wolli is working on this again?

If that's the case, could you look about adding in a few samples of the gc-comhouses I made for Brina Cross? If they were found in the poor quarter of the city, they would create a nice contrast to the wealthier parts of the city, I think.

and some form of dock mesh. I can't make the entire place out retextured imp platforms and common docks.

I'm not so sure if using the Stirk docks again is a good idea, unless they were made to be bigger.

There is already two graveyards.

I agree the Stirk dock meshes would have to be widened and have textures more fitting to Anvil at the least.

Did a bit more decorating, even the rich district is far from done (needs more ivy)

But I'm dropping this again, school has started again, and it's honestly twice as enjoyable as Anvil. God damn boring cities and their god damn crates and bottles.

I'm also leaving modding (finally) and I don't mean "I'm going to solo it on Solstheim" because I finish that crap.

I have gone through the city part of the claim, and I am afraid that I want to redo about everything of it. Sorry Wolli!

1. there is no good connection between the Imperial port and rest of the city
2. the poor quarter must be crossed to reach the imperial port, and its a maze. Who wants to send improtant delegations through a quarter with beggars, thieves and a dirty street? Also the wooden walkways a quite badly used, and don't fit the bulky buildings.
3. Market areas are quite good, but my intention is to make them bigger
4. Rich quarter is entered via Main gate, I want the Chapel, gardens and rich graveyard to lay between poor and rich quarter, and alongside the Chapel a market that connects both rich and poor quarter.
5. the inner seaside rim will be docks of all sorts, a passenger dock for poor, one for rich and bulk in between, that serves the market. Also the main entrance will be closest to grand market and bulk harbour.
6. The island where the fort is on is not in the right cell, and the ramp and castle don't look good.
7. The original city design drawings from OP have a very different shape, the city land should be bulkier, the enclosing arms tighter and more round. Especially the part where the fort and chapel are are lacking land and shape.
8. The rich part should have more house and of more stature, with house add-ons etc.
9. I would like to have a main road between main gate and bulk harbour, crossed by a road that goes from the lighthouse along, or just behind the docks as a sort of boulevard with shops and utility buildings towards to Chapel and ending at the bridge towards the castle.

Are you going to use some of the PC_Ex_GC_-buildings around the poor quarter?

As long as you help to create the interiors for the town, you could go relatively big aswell. But still, try to think ahead beyond Anvil. Partly due to your unlucky absense, Karthwasten has taken SHOTN far too long. I'm not intending to accuse you of anything, though. Just saying.
