OO OO, I know, this is something you dont see usually, a cistern for keeping the city's clean water supply as they very well cant drink from the ocean.

The poor district already has a sewer, built in the exterior. But entrances in the other districts would be good. I plan on working a lot with water in the temple and castle areas.

When I wrote the Anvil Mages Guild thread a while back I put the TG in a inn called the Rusty Cutlass in a seedier part of Anvil. Does that match your plans? Also, are there back alleys where you could get pickpocketed?

Mainly in the pockets, however.

A list of stuff like that would benefit me greatly... Which actually brings me to a question. I know Scamp made a lot of new signs for that town, the name of which slips my tired mind. Can I do the same for Anvil, given that it's a much larger settlement? Or should that be more of a team thing?

If you mean the activater signs that say "Mr Smith: Smith", then those should probably wait until we've finalised what the shops are called.

Well TDF, it's generally a good thing to mark places that have a certain purpose, such as shops and taverns. Hence I added placeholder signs to Brina Cross and Stirk. We may discuss locations of shops etc once wolli posts an overview of the entire city with numbers on it.

Actually I don't see why we shoudn't place signs already as it's only a matter of changing the name afterwards when we have decided what to call them.

Alright, I'll just much about with silly names them. The ID is part of the .esp not the data .esm anyway, so there'll be no trouble later. :)

How far along is Anvil's exterior at this point? I've heard for a while now that Wollibeebee was working on the city, but I don't believe I've ever seen any screens showing the progress. There don't seem to be any in this thread, at least.

Layout is nearly 100%, still detailing to be done. Wolli wants it all to be a surprise and even I haven't seen screens in quite some time, though if I was on IRC more often I could probably persuade him to change that.

Once the "poor and rich" districts are done I plan on showcasing them. But don't forget I only did just get chimneys. So it's only fair that I haven't finished it yet.

AhahahawahahawmuahawahahMUWAHAWAHAWAH

But seriously, I'll be sure a friend or relative has it before I'm dead. I'm sure my computer savy brother can wade through the giant folder named "modding" and find the files. :P

Rich District is just about done, Poor is catching up quickly.

I have mocked up something that could function as Chapel of Dibella for Anvil.

As you may recognize on the picture it has got 4 arched hallways that are part of the outside of the building. The right and the left archway each contain 4 chambers with space to place imperial altars in them. I thought this could be good to provide altars for the other 8 deities outside whereas the altar of dibella will be found inside.

I hope you like it.

Like I said on the irc... stunning work, though I am still unsure why there are the light columns beneath those larger arches when they don't seem to have a purpose.
