Nice, an important step in making Cyrodiil move onwards.
And it looks good.

Normals above the arches need adjusting though to prevent the darkening.

The easiest way would be to select the inside of the niches (select by material) and split it off. Like that you would make the bordering edges solid. That is something I have actually seen on many of your other models, so I think you might be aware of the possibility.

Alternatively you could select the bordering edges of the niches and apply a thin bevel on them. But you would have to redo uv-mapping afterwards. The upper-solutions seems more reasonable.

I assumed you would be going to fix those normal-issues anyway so I didn't comment on that myself.

The tedious way of doing it is in nifskope.

I have read this whle thread, and have a good picture of what is requested, however this thread ends at Nov, 16 2012, is there any change in ideas or unpronouced ideas from a more recent era?

Don't feel you have to stick with wolli's design, but the idea behind his cramped underbelly of the city that ties in with the thieves guild should certainly be a thing.

Well, if there is nothing wrong with wolli design, there is no reason to redo all the work.

Modders tend to have different visions and it is usually a good idea for them to work on their vision rather than pieces of someone else's. I don't know if Prae is planning on redoing this or working from the WIP, but whatever is best for him is the best course of action regardless of any reconstruction that may happen.
