I considered somewhat Nepalese/Tibetan style dress, but I ultimately feel that that eastern influence, as Saint_Jiub mentioned, feels a bit too stylish and worldly for the regular, unassuming Cyrodiils living out in their villages. Not to mention those and eastern European influences would probably be more useful for the guys working on Skyrim: Home of the Nords - but much too restrictive and top-heavy for people living in the rainforests.

The original PGE also describes the guardsmen in the Imperial City with their daikatanas, flowing ribbons, et cetera - so I figured the Asian influences would mostly be taken care of with the ceremonial, aristocratic, etc.

There was far more Akaviri influence than merely some snake men, though I do like the Meso-American influence for clothing as well.

I do like how you break down the influences by class though. The rich clothing styles being more heavily asian and the lower more heavily mesoamerican.
