That IC concept? Awesome. Am I right in assuming it's a paintover? Either way, looks great, I think I'll have to try something like that myself.

Those are walls from the imperial tileset on either side, so yeah paintover, looks great.
I can't really imagine imperials living there, but my view is 'tainted' by the in game imperials I think, I can see nibeneans are meant to be totally different culturally in P:C.

I can see poorer people living there.
Tarius: I have now conquered the galaxy twice and am working on a third. Once thats out of me, I will be back to work.
TDF: Which game is that(I assume its a game and not real life)
The Khan: If it was real life, we would know about it. And I dont think he means this Galaxy.
Tarius: Yes, I really lead a secret double life where I am a galactic overlord.

I read the other thread afterwards, and I think it was the vivec thing combined with my own greco-roman views of Imperials from Morrowind. Basically, discard my concerns.

I actually really like the concept and agree with SamirA that in game it'll look great, with all the new clothing and heads and such. It should piece together nicely.

Red robe guy: if that's a skeletal hand Mannimarco I'd guess.

The guy in the red robe is Ocato.

Really? I thought it might be Ocato, but then I saw his weird skeletal-looking hand and thought 'maybe not'.

Ocato it is - it's unfinished so that's partly why his hands are so skeletal. The other reason is that he's withered away physically due to his overdependence on magickal means - as all good mages should be. That and he's an altmer and everyone knows the altmer ideal is "gracefully slight".

@LN: Yeah, s'apaintover. I got so annoyed with it though and stopped with what it's at now as it was looking less and less like what I had in mind. The colour scheme was what was most important to portrait though, that and the silk everywhere.

The guardian spirit is perfect, especially coming from the vague ideas I threw out there. Revenant took some crappy descriptors and BOOM, totally awesome creature for the Ayleid ruins.

Next you should draw a magical city, with magical people wearing magical clothing.

Wasn't so vague - you put one of them on a helmet ages ago
