Very good. Sub-regions is indeed an important thing in Cyrodiil and is required to make region transitions look realistic and less sudden. Oh my, this function is great so that I can reply to Alex' post: Mixing flora makes a lot of sense, eh? The key thing here is not to suddenly use another texture...

On topic, I think it's really necessary to have only new quests, like SamirA said. Reusing NCP ideas might be useful, but I don't see why there would be a need for that.

I totally agree with you people when you say we should not or do not have to implement Martin Septim in the Main Quest. Can't we have something entirely new in our main quest? Adding him as an important part of a Mages Guild Quest or whatever would really add a nice touch to the mod though.

That is a very good point, ZackG. I like the idea of making the large cities have unique architecture, because I lile these province mods to be something new, unexpected. Filling the whole Cyrodiil with vanilla meshes would be dumb, even if retexed D: However, I don't think it's worth retexing stuff...

While I think there is a need to create new meshes for imperial houses, Worsas really got a point here. Why can't we mix vanilla stuff with it, or, like people said, use them in parts of Cyrodiil. The way the vanilla meshes look is how I always imagined Cyrodiil to look like. I think it makes zero s...

May I suggest having a medium sized grotto and a large Goblin cave? I think we should totally have an appropriate amount of goblin caves in Cyrodiil. At least, I wouldn't recommend a bandit cave here if there will be those pirates in the ruin anyways, let's go for something non-human in these caves.
