We do need to be careful about references. 2000+ grass meshes are fine since they are quite low-poly. 1600+ actual misc/architecture items though... and that's a couple of cells right next to each other. Remember the Stirk FPS hit some people experienced!

Niiiiice!

One thing though: I know the castle isn't final as of yet. Make sure that when it's final, it shouldn't look like the castle was carved out of a giant rock, but it should actually look like it's been built on top of it. Just a little note here before it's too late.

It would be even cooler if there was a water tunnel underneath with a hidden entrance, but that is a pain to do in Morrowind sadly. We haven't been using these vanilla types of rocks and everyone knows and recognizes the shape of these rocks and they start to become really boring. We do have our own rocks, plenty of them, and as far as I can remember, we have them in all sizes. Maybe we can chat on IRC about what your problem is...

Of course you raise valid points; However, I am still not sure if releasing all cities one after another would help... because you'll have a couple of isolated "islands" here and there and a lot of empty wilderness releases to follow in the next years...
