The shacks themselves are finished. Im going to retexture them so that we have two sets to create an illusion of diversity. well you could for a few of the nicer homes create an open air room on the upper levels, this would have to be detailed like an interior room but it would be cool. It would add uniqueness as well as openness and a sense of wealth on such a home. Sorta like a patio area with a roof and its on the up...

The things that strike me as particularly distinctive of the Belgian architecture are definitely the bits on the roof that have a lot of right angles, also how the houses are stacked right up next to each other. Don't tell me this means I'll have to rework all the coordinates on the claim map... If it does, I'll seriously need to look into some way to automate the process although I do kinda doubt there is a simple way to do that. The map with the paths and such on it will probably be quite useful, though. ...
